All JP SISes are chosen directly from classroom observations. Consultants are chosen not only based on their classroom data showing increased student achievement on a consistent basis, they are also evaluated on their leadership qualities and positive behavior management skills. All perspective consultants go through a 3 day intensive interview culminating in an actual coaching role play with a teacher. JP realizes that EVERY SIS must be of the highest quality. To that end, JP provides in-house professional development to ensure that our SISes maintain the latest knowledge in effective teaching practices.
