JP works with partner schools providing training (geared to both teachers and administrators) on how to ameliorate teacher weaknesses brought to light through the process of teacher evaluation. The training assists principals to more effectively utilize teacher evaluation systems and design needed staff professional development. Participants learn a three pronged approach consisting of a pre-conference (informing the teacher of the process), observation (use of a rubric such as Danielson Framework for Teaching) and post conference (Development of a plan for teacher improvement).
